Getaway Giveaway Contest Rules

1.      To enter, visit a Getaway Giveaway registration location (sponsors found at www.mtslive.com) and fully complete an entry blank.  Incomplete and illegible entries are subject to disqualification.

2.      You must be at least 21 years of age to enter.

3.      The Getaway Giveaway contest is open to the general public, excluding employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates of MTS Broadcasting L.C., participating sponsors, their employees, their immediate families, household members, and all other media outlet employees, their immediate families, and household members.

4.      All State, Local, Federal, and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner.

5.      Prize(s) are non-transferable; may not be redeemed for cash.

6.      No prize substitutions except at discretion of MTS Broadcasting, L.C. management.

7.      Promotion void where prohibited by law.

8.      Winner consents to use of his/her name, voice, and likeness by MTS Broadcasting and participating agencies and sponsors in advertising and promotional material.

9.      All decisions made by MTS Broadcasting, L.C. are deemed to be final

10.   No purchase necessary to enter.

11.   One entry per person per visit at each Getaway Giveaway registration location.

12.  Contestants are eligible to win once per household every 30 days on MTS Broadcasting L.C. stations.  Eligibility begins again on the 31^st day after winning.  Promotions involving a prize value over $100 limit the winner to one win for the duration of the promotion plus 30 days before winning in any other promotion on any MTS Broadcasting, L.C. station.  Any promotion with a prize value over $500 limits the winner to one win for the duration of the promotion plus 6 months before winning in any other promotion on any MTS Broadcasting, L.C. station.  Any promotion with a prize value over $1,000 limits the winner to one win for the duration of the promotion plus 12 months before winning in any other promotion on any MTS Broadcasting L.C. station. 

13.  2 runners-up and 1 grand prize winner will be drawn.  In the event that the grand prize winner cannot accept the prize due to disqualification or for any reason, the prize will be awarded to the 1^st runner-up.  In the event that the 1^st runner-up cannot accept the prize due to disqualification or for any reason, the prize will be awarded to the 2^nd runner-up.

14.  MTS Broadcasting L.C. is not responsible for events beyond our control that may affect this promotion.  Such events include, but are not limited to: power failures, computer failures, telephone failures, weather, and other natural causes.  MTS Broadcasting, L.C. may suspend promotional programming at any time that normal programming is suspended due to major news events or emergencies that necessitate a change in normal programming.

15.  Drawings will be conducted Saturday, January 30^th, Saturday, February 27^th, and March 27^th, 2010 between 12-2pm.  Locations TBD.

16.  Contestants must be present to win.

17.  Contestants are permitted to bring one (1) guest with them to the giveaway party.

18.  No substitutions or “stand-ins” to claim your prize for you.

19.  Proper, valid, ID must be presented before prize(s) is released.

20.  Contestants/winner must be a legal citizen of the United States of America

21.  Winners have one (1) year to take their Getaway from the date of registration 

22.  Contest will run Friday, January 1^st 2010 through Saturday, March 27^th 2010
